class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach dem Jakobitenaufstand von 1715 beauftragte der englische K\u00f6nig den General WADE, in den Highlands insgesamt 1.600 km befestigte Stra\u00dfen und Br\u00fccken zu bauen, um zuk\u00fcnftig schneller Truppen aus dem S\u00fcden hierher gegen die aufs\u00e4ssigen <em>Highlander <\/em>verlegen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heute kann man auf den Resten wunderbar wandern und Radfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein bisschen mulmig wurde mir bei
